Coleen Shockman
Operations Director at DogServices
Upon moving to Richmond in 2009 Coleen joined the DogServices team as a kennel attendant but was quickly promoted to the management team in the same year. After four years with DogServices she briefly left the company in May 2013 to pursue her dream and begin River City Dog Excursions with her business partner. Even though she enjoyed the experience of building something from the ground up she entrusted the operations to her business partner and rejoined the management team in March 2018. In 2021 she was promoted to oversee all four locations and is looking forward to helping DogServices continue to grow and evolve.

Davida Stamper
Manager at Little Dog Services
Davida has been dedicated to working with dogs since 2015, beginning her journey in the animal care world through a dog training apprenticeship in Virginia. Under the guidance of certified trainers, she quickly developed a deep understanding of canine behavior and body language. Her experience expanded into daycare and boarding environments, where her natural connection with dogs continued to grow.
In 2020, Davida joined DogServices as a receptionist. Her strong work ethic, leadership skills, and genuine love for dogs led to a promotion to Assistant Manager, and soon after, she became the Manager of Little DogServices. In this role, she leads with compassion, always prioritizing the safety, comfort, and happiness of every dog in her care.
